The Terrible Technical Interview

My favorite interviews are ones that aren’t traditional technical interviews. I could talk all day about projects I’ve built, and I’d be happy to work on it with an interviewer.
I don’t think I’d be so bold as to flat out refuse to do it, but maybe I should.
